SoulMusic Hall Of Fame - Nominations
Nominations for The SoulMusic Hall Of Fame may be made six times a year, for the duration of one calendar month as follows: January, March, May, July, September, November
Only members of The SoulMusic Community (TSMC) may nominate in each category while their paid subscriptions are still valid
Members of TSMC may make up to (6) nominations in each category
Please note that as a member of TSMC, you are nominating persons of merit for The SoulMusic Hall Of Fame; “Soul Music” is generally considered to be a genre that began in the early ‘60s (per Wikipedia, in 1961) and is still in use today. Please do not nominate individuals or groups generally considered to be part of the general pop, rock, jazz, rap/hip-hop or country music genres; the Executive Team at SoulMusic.com reserves the right to exclude nominations of individuals/groups that are not considered appropriate for induction into The SoulMusic Hall Of Fame
Female Artist
Defined as an artist who has consistently made solo recordings in the soul music field between 1960 and the present day

Note: Duos are defined as established as such, not for a one-time collaboration - Peaches & Herb, Billy Davis & Marilyn McCoo, Nick Ashford & Valerie Simpson are examples of defined duos)

Defined as primarily an instrumentalist who has recorded as a soloist,or a main or featured player who has recorded consistently in the soul music field between 1960 and the present day
